Privacy policy

This policy explains how A_S Studio handles data in Happy Piggy Jump, including the refreshed Android version, its leaderboard, purchases and advertising. Last updated: 2 October 2026.

Who we are

Happy Piggy Jump is provided by A_S Studio. For support, privacy questions or requests concerning your data, email strusinski.adam@gmail.com. Android package: com.strusinski.ija. This policy is specific to Happy Piggy Jump; AeroX has its own policy.

Progress on your device

Coins, outfits, upgrades, quests, trophies, best score, language and sound settings are stored on your device. Android may include game progress in device backups according to your settings. The game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise GPS location. Clearing app storage can erase progress. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage does not automatically remove server records.

Leaderboard and pseudonymous identification

Publishing scores is off by default. You can play and keep your progress without publishing. A parent or guardian can enable publishing in Settings or Leaderboard. Only a generated piggy alias (such as Piggy 123456) and your best score are shown to other players; there is no custom nickname field, chat or messaging. You can choose among preset name styles. Historic custom names are no longer returned by the public service.

Online ranking and purchases use a randomly assigned Firebase identifier and authentication tokens. No email address, password or date of birth is required to play. The identifier and tokens are not displayed publicly; they are pseudonymous identifiers, not a guarantee that no personal data is processed. Turning publishing off stops new submissions and hides the existing score once the server receives the request. If offline, the game retries when it reconnects. Hiding is reversible and is separate from requesting deletion.

Google Play purchases

Google Play processes payments. To verify a purchase, the game sends its purchase token, product identifier and quantity to our verification service, which checks them with Google Play. We store a one-way hash of the token, the game identifier associated with the receipt, the product, quantity and verification time to prevent duplicate rewards and support purchase restoration. Our receipt database does not store raw purchase tokens or order numbers. The game does not receive your payment-card details. Previously consumed coin packs are not awarded again when purchases are restored. Google may keep its own transaction records under its policies.

Advertising and technical data

The Android game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). Advertising services may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, app/ad interactions, diagnostic information and device or account identifiers for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. The release is configured for child-directed treatment, under-age-of-consent treatment and G-rated ad content, with Android advertising-ID collection disabled in its manifest. These settings do not eliminate all technical data processing. Advertising privacy options appear in game settings when required by UMP. See Google’s privacy policy and Google’s SDK data disclosure.

Children and parents

The updated game is intended for ages 6 and up. It does not ask children for real names, email addresses, dates of birth, photos or contact details. Public score publishing, purchases, manual purchase restoration and links outside the game are behind a local parent/guardian prompt. The calculation and checkbox are only a safeguard against accidental actions; they do not verify parental identity or provide legally verified parental consent. The answer is not stored or sent. Public ranking is optional and uses preset aliases. Parents should also enable Google Play purchase controls and can contact us about a child’s data.

Why data is used and who processes it

We use game data to provide progression, online ranking, purchase verification/restoration, security and support. We use Google Play, Firebase/Google Cloud and AdMob/UMP to provide these functions. Leaderboard names and scores are shared with other players; service providers receive the data needed to operate their functions. When you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or authentication/purchase tokens. Where applicable law requires consent, it must be obtained for the relevant processing; operational and security processing is limited to providing requested features and protecting the service.

Storage, security and international processing

Connections for leaderboard and purchase verification use HTTPS. Direct client access to the game’s database is blocked; requests go through authenticated server functions. Our Happy Piggy database and functions are hosted in Google Cloud’s europe-west1 region. This does not mean that all processing stays in Europe: Firebase Authentication and Google’s other services may process data in the United States or other locations under their applicable transfer safeguards. See Firebase privacy and security information.

How long data is kept

Local progress remains until you remove it or overwrite it. Leaderboard records remain until you request deletion or we retire the leaderboard. You can hide a score without deleting it by turning publishing off in the game. Anonymous identification is kept while required for online features. Minimal receipt information is kept while needed to restore purchases and prevent repeated delivery of the same reward; this may need to be retained after a deletion request for fraud prevention or legal obligations. Service-protection counters are reused on later requests and removed when the related game identity is removed. We retain support messages while needed to handle your request and any related dispute. Google manages technical connection logs, backups and its own transaction records according to its service policies. We do not claim that uninstalling the app automatically deletes these records.

Request deletion or exercise your rights

Email strusinski.adam@gmail.com with the subject “Happy Piggy Jump — data deletion”. Tell us which data you want removed and the generated piggy alias shown in Settings or Leaderboard; you may include your score and an approximate date to help us find the record. You do not have to reinstall the game to send a request. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm which records belong to you before making changes. After verification, we remove the related Happy Piggy leaderboard entry and identifiers/counters that are no longer needed; receipt data needed for the purposes explained above may be retained, and we explain any exception in our response. This is an email request handled by A_S Studio, not an automatic deletion form. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, restriction or object to processing, withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing, or complain to a data-protection authority. Deleting game data does not refund a Google Play purchase or remove Google’s records. Clearing local storage is a separate action and may permanently erase your progress.
